河南省猪圆环病毒2型感染的病原流行病学研究

摘　　要：采用PCR方法,从来自河南省不同地区的822份猪肺脏等病料组织中共检出514份猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)阳性样品,总检出率为62.6%。2011年3-12月,PCV2在河南省的检出率介于41.6%～85.3%。其中,9-12月的检出率显著高于3-8月(P<0.05)。在河南省不同地区的猪群中,PCV2的检出率介于44.6%～87.9%;其中,驻马店市、漯河市、信阳市3个地区PCV2的检出率显著高于全省其他地区(P<0.05)。PCR检测过程中还发现,PCV2的检出率与猪群类别(日龄)有一定关系,其检出率随猪年龄的增长而升高(P<0.05)。在211份PCV2阳性样品中,有144份(占69.2%)能分离出不同的共感染菌。最常见的共感染菌是链球菌(52.1%,75/144)、副猪嗜血杆菌(42.4%,61/144)、大肠杆菌(39.6%,57/144)和多杀性巴氏杆菌(20.1%,29/144)。研究表明,PCV2在河南省10多个地区的猪群中广泛存在,且与病原菌的共感染情况非常严重。Using the method of PCR,a total of 514 porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV2） positive sam- ples were detected from 822 lesion lungs of diseased pigs collected from different regions in Henan province,giving the total detection rate of 62.6%. The detection ratios in the samples that were collected from different regions and at the different time points （month） ranged from 44.6% to 87.9% and 41.6% to 85.3% ,respectively. The results showed that the detection rates varied sig- nificantly among the different regions （P^0.05） and that there was a significant increase in the detection rate of PCV2 in September to December compared to that in March to Augrst of the year 2011. This suggests that regional and climatic factors may be important in the aetiology of PCV2 infections. Most importantly, the work demonstrated a clear association of pulmonary PCV2 infection with pig age. The isolation ratios of identified co-infection bacterial species were 52.1% （75 strains）,42.4% （61 strains）,39.6% （57 strains） and 20.1% （29 strains） for Streptococcus, Haemophillus parasuis, Escherichia coli, and Pasterella multocida, respectively. The results sug- gest that PCV2 infection is highly prevalent in pig farms in Henan province and is often accompa- nied by co-infection with other bacteria.
