摘 要:研究了Gd2O3低维纳米结构的形貌可控的合成方法。通过不同的水热条件,得到不同形貌的碱式碳酸钆,再经过热处理,制备不同形貌的Gd2O3纳米材料。在反应条件简单的基础上,在不同水热温度下分别得到了分散性良好的纳米球和尺寸均一的纳米棒,并对产品进行XRD、SEM和TEM表征。还对温度、溶剂以及尿素的浓度等条件对Gd2O3形貌的影响及其形成机理进行了探讨。A facile method to selectively synthesize nano-scaled Gd2O3 with different morphology has been developed in our report.The products can be prepared by a two-step hydrothermal process via homogeneous generation of hydroxide ions through the hydrolysis of urea and further heat treatment,the formation of different morphology structures was obtained under different reaction temperatures.The X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the as-obtained low-dimensional nanostructures.And the effects of hydrothermal temperature,solvent and urea concentration on the morphologies of the products were also studied.
