摘　　要：基于锦州地区地面气象自动站资料,利用VB 6.0编写程序实现了锦州地区地面遥测数据库的管理系统。该系统包括数据自动采集、自动处理、数据入库,实现了地面遥测数据的逐时、逐日、逐旬、逐月、逐年显示和历史资料的统计、分析与查询等。其目的是为实际预报业务、预报科研工作更好地服务。Based on the meteorological data from ground automatic station of Jinzhou, a telemetry meteorological data management system was developed and written in Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. This system consists of data acquisition, automatic processing, automatic data loading, which displays the telemetry data hour by hour, day by day, dekad by dekad, month by month and year by year, and has the function of the statistical analysis of the historical data and data query. The goal of the system is to provide a better service for weather forcasting and scientific research.
