摘  要:分析了天浩公司焦炉气制甲醇精脱硫工艺中存在的问题,介绍了精脱硫工艺的优化改进情况。在不改变精脱硫整体工艺的情况下,将原一级加氢转化器改为预加氢转化器,将原中温脱硫槽C槽改为一级加氢转化器,不仅降低了一级加氢转化器的催化剂的消耗,而且更换一级加氢转化器的催化剂时,不再需要甲醇系统停车,实现了生产的长周期运行。The existing problems in the dry desulfurization process of the COG-to-methanol technology were ana- lyzed and the optimization and revamping of the dry desulfurization technology was introduced. The integrated dry desulfu- rization process remained unchanged, and we only changed the 1st stage hydrogenation converter into the prehydrogenation converter and also changed the medium temperature desulfurization tank C into 1st stage hydrogenation converter. Thanks to this change, the consumption of catalyst for the 1st stage hydrogenation conversion unit was reduced, besides, the methanol system did not have to shutdown when changing the catalyst for the 1st stage hydrogenation conversion unit. Thus, long term continuous operation was realized.
