摘　　要：以大唐内蒙古多伦煤化工有限责任公司的气化炉灰浆废水处理工程为例,介绍了DH高效(旋流)污水净化技术在气化炉灰浆废水处理中的应用。DH高效(旋流)污水净化器通过将直流混凝、临界絮凝、离心分离、污泥浓缩等工艺有机组合集成为一体,在同一罐体内快速完成对废水的多级净化,具有占地面积小,出水效果好等优势。Taking the ash-containing wastewater treatment of the Datang Duolun Chemical Co., Ltd. as an example, the application of the DH efficient （vortex） purification technology in the treatment of the ash-containing wastewater from the gasifier was introduced. The various processes of through-flow coagulation, critical flocculation, centrifugal separation and sludge concentration were properly combined into one step through the DH （vortex） efficient wastewater purifier, and multistage purification could be completed very quickly in the same tank. This technology has the advantages of quicker in treated water outlet, less in land coverage, stable and reliable in operation and simple in maintenance, and that ensured normal operation of the wastewater treatment system.
