多层螺旋CT多平面平行范围重建技术对眶尖骨折的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多平面重建(MPR)及任意角度的平行范围重建(PRR)对眶尖骨折的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析58例眶尖区骨折患者的MSCT单独轴位、轴位+斜矢状位、轴位+冠状位,轴位+斜矢状位+冠状位及轴位+MPR+PRR成像对眶尖骨折的诊断价值。结果:在轴位+MPR+PRR检出的58例眶尖骨折患者中,通过横断面图像、横断面+矢状面检出、横断面+冠状面检出、轴位+斜矢状位+冠状位分别检出31、35、44、47例;轴位+MPR+PRR成像总检出病灶455处,明显高于单独轴位、轴位+斜矢状位、轴位+冠状位,轴位+斜矢状位+冠状位检出的病变处,轴位+MPR+PRR成像与单独轴位、轴位+斜矢状位比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且病变定位更准确,可发现更细微的病变。结论:在眼外伤的诊断中,MSCT冠状位、矢状位、MPR+PRR是轴位图像必要的补充诊断方法,并且MPR+PRR在眼外伤的诊断中具有重要价值,特别是对疑有眶尖骨折的患者,MPR+PRR应作为常规方法。Objective： To probe the diagnostic value of MSCT （multi - slice spiral CT） MPR（muhi - direc- tion muhiplanar reconstruction） and PRR （ parallel ranges reconstruction） in fracture of optic apex region. Methods：To retrospectively analyze the Diagnostic value of MSCT axial plane , axial plane and oblique sagittal plane, axial plane and coronal plane, axial plane and oblique sagittal plane and coronal plane, axial plane and MPR and PRR in 58 patients who had the fracture of optic apex region. Results： In the shaft a ＋ MPR ＋ PRR detected 58 cases of patients with fracture of orbital pointed, through the cross- sectional images, cross - sec- tional ＋ sagittal detection, cross- sectional ＋ coronal detection, a ＋ inclined shaft sagittal a ＋ coronal, were detected, 35, 44, 31 47 cases）. Axis bit ＋ MPR＋ PRR Imaging total cheek out lesions 455 Department, clear than separate axis bit, and axis bit ＋ oblique vector shaped bit, and axis bit ＋ Crown shaped bit, axis bit ＋ oblique vector shaped bit ＋ Crown shaped bit check out of lesions Department, axis bit ＋ MPR ＋ PRR imaging and separate axis bit, and axis bit ＋ oblique vector shaped bit comparison, differences are has statistics signifi- cance （P〈 0.05）, and lesions positioning more accurate, can found more subtle of lesions. Conclusions： In the diagnosis of ocular trauma, MSCT coronary bits, sagittal bits, MPR ＋ PRR is a necessary supplement shaft image diagnosis method, and the MPR ＋ PRR in the diagnosis of the ocular has the important value, especially to the orbit is suspected in patients with fracture of the tip, the MPR ＋ PRR should be as the conventional method.
