鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术53例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用鼻内镜及吸引剥离器治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法：对我院2009年1月~2011年10月就诊的53例鼻中隔偏曲的患者采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术,术中用吸引剥离器行剥离,观察其临床疗效。结果：术后随访3~12个月,所有患者鼻中隔偏曲矫正,无1例鼻中隔穿孔发生。结论：在鼻中隔成形术中应用鼻内镜及吸引剥离器提高了手术安全性,缩短了手术时间,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective： Nasal endoscope and explore the application to the stripper treatment and the other is the clinical effect. Method： The septoplasty use nasal endoscope by 53 cases, and use suction detache, in my hos- pital by 2009 january to 2011 October, Observe the curative. Result： All patients are successful to be cured, no perforation of nasal septum is happened. Conclusion： The use of nasal endoscope and suction detache improve the operation security, reduce operation time, it is worth to be used.
