压铸过程中压铸型红外热象图的研究

摘　　要：使用瑞典制造的AGA782型红外热象仪测试了压铸型表面温度分布及其变化;测试了开型后动型,动型型腔的表面温度及其变化;对所获得的热象图进行了研究.By using Model AGA 782 Thermographic Monitoring System made in Sweden, the temperature distribution and its variations on the surface of die-casting die, especially on the cavity surface of the ejector and cover die half after their opening were measured. And the Infrared Thermal Pictures obtained were analysed.
