摘　　要：煤气化加热炉是一种燃煤气化后二次燃烧的新式加热炉型 ,论述了煤气发生器的制气工艺过程 ,分析计算了工件加热室的炉膛温度及炉温的调节控制 ,并以生产运行的实践数据论证了其技术的先进性和效益的显著性 。Coal gasified heating furnace is a new type heating furnace by use of the second combustion after the gasification of burning coal.In the paper,the author describes the gas preparing technology of gas generator, analyses and calculates the temperature of working chamber and its control,proves its advantages through practical operation,and at last predicts its wide application in the technological equipment for clean production.
