摘 要:目的通过对小儿骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)活性测定,探讨BALP在小儿佝偻病早期筛查及诊断中的临床价值。方法选择0~3岁临床初筛发现具有睡眠不安、多汗、易激惹、枕秃等佝偻病早期症状的小儿为病例组(329例)和无症状的小儿作为对照组(376例),应用骨碱性磷酸酶试剂盒对上述705例小儿进行血清骨碱性磷酸酶含量测定。结果全部受检儿童骨碱性磷酸酶活性升高451例,正常254例,其中病例组骨碱性磷酸酶活性升高298例,检出率为90.6%,对照组骨碱性磷酸酶活性升高153例,检出率为40.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论骨碱性磷酸酶检测在小儿佝偻病早期筛查及诊断中具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To assess the value of pediatric bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) in the early screening and diagnosis of rickets in children. METHODS A total of 3:29 0-3 years old cases with early symptoms of rickets, such as disturbed sleep, sweating, irritability, and occipital bald, were included. 376 cases with no symptoms of rickets were collected as control group. BALP kit is used on all the 705 cases to determine the value of serum bone alkaline phosphatase. RESULTS The BALP activity of 451 cases increased, 254 cases were normal. In the patient group, BALP activity of 298 cases increased with the detection rate of 90.6%. In the control group, BALP activity of 153 cases increased with the detection rate of 40.7% (153/376). There was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION BALP plays an important role in early screening and diagnosis of rickets in children.
