摘　　要：目的了解天津市预防接种门诊运行现状。方法按照"标准组群抽样方法"抽样,利用统一调查表对178个预防接种门诊进行现场调查。结果全市预防接种门诊整体运行情况良好,规范化程度较高,同时也存在城区优于郊区、郊县的地域差异现象。部分门诊在房屋面积、冷链设备、人力资源、接种后留观等方面仍待改进。结论天津市预防接种门诊建设日臻完善,取得很大成绩,但为了适应新时期免疫规划工作的要求,需进一步完善。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current operation status of vaccination clinics in Tianjin. METHODS Samples were drew according to PPS method. Field investigation on 178 vaccination clinics was carried out with the same sampling question- naires. RESULTS The operation of the vaccination clinics and their standardization is considerable, the discrimination of re- source distribution among the urban area, suburban district and country still exists. Cold-chain equipment, human resources and observation after vaccination of some clinics should be improved. CONCLUSION Great achievement has been taken and the operation status of clinics inoculation service in Tianjin city has been more and more sophisticated. Further improvements, however, should be taken in order to adapt to the requirements of new situation of immunization.
