突发公共卫生事件处理中公共关系应对策略初探

摘　　要：突发公共卫生事件应急处理是个复杂的系统工程,涉及诸多层面的公共关系。流行病学医生不仅需要专业技术精益求精,更需要具有高超的公关关系处理能力,依靠政府各部门的力量,共同应对处理突发公共卫生事件。本文针对突发公共卫生事件处理中面对的各种公共关系提出了相应的应对策略,并提出各级疾控机构领导要重视公共关系学的作用,对应急处理人员进行卫生公共关系学专门培训,充分运用公共关系学的原理和方法,科学高效的处理各类突发公共卫生事件。Public health emergencies treatment is a complicate systemic engineering. The investigation progressing involves many aspects of public relations. Epidemiologists require not only excellent professional technology, but also need to have su- perb skills of handling public relations, and rely on the departments strength to deal with the public health emergencies. In this paper, it puts forward the corresponding coping strategies according to a variety of public relations in public health emergencies treatment, and also provides that leaders in disease control institutions at all levels. We should pay attention to public relations role, train emergencies treatment staff on hygienic public relaions, use its principles and methods, hand the various types of public health emergencies scientifically and efficiently.
