摘 要:目的对在校藏族大学生艾滋病相关知识、态度和艾滋病知识获得来源进行分析,为藏族大学生开展艾滋病的健康教育更具针对性。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法从青海省某综合性高校抽群500人,采取自填式不记名问卷调查。结果对艾滋病三大传播途径血液、性接触、母婴传播的知晓率分别为71.8%、42.9%、66.9%。对于日常接触如与艾滋病人进餐、拥抱、蚊虫叮咬等不会传播艾滋病知晓率较低,分别为67.1%、69.7%、53.5%,被调查的大学生主要信息来源是书报(68.5%)、电视(66.9%)、而学校(25.3%)和家庭(11.9%)方面获得的信息较少。66.9%的学生表示对艾滋病人不歧视,66.9%的同学表示对HIV感染者的信息保密,有73.2%的同学表示亲人得了艾滋病愿意照顾,57%的同学表示愿意帮助感染艾滋病的同学,但是允许HIV感染者继续工作的只有41.5%。结论藏族大学生对于艾滋病基本知识有一定的了解,但对专业性认识不够,且对传播途径的认识存在较大的欠缺,关于艾滋病常识的认知存在一定程度的性别差异,表现为女生整体认知情况优于男生。有必要加强学生艾滋病知识的健康教育。OBJECTIVE To understand AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and the source of information channels of the Tibetan college students to enhance the pertinent AIDS health education. METHODS With a stratified cluster sampling methodol- ogy, a total of 500 Tibetan college students were selected to fill in the questionnaire. RESULTS The correct rate of answer to- wards three major routes of AIDS transmission was 71.8%, 42.9% and 66.9%, respectively. But low rate was acquired about whether some everyday touch could cause AIDS. For example, the awareness rate of eating with HIV patients, hug and mosquito biting was only 67.1%, 69.7% and 66.9%, respectively. Most students were willing to have some daily contacts with them. The main sources of information were Newspapers and magazines (68.5%), television (66.9%), school (25.3%) and family (11.9%). 66.9% of students will not discriminate HIV patients and keep information for HIV patients, 73.2% would take care of HIV relatives, and 57% would like help HIV relatives. However, only 41.5% would allow HIV patients involved in work. CONCLUSION The cognition degree of Tibetan college students to AIDS-related knowledge is relatively high. However, some relative professional knowledge and knowledge about HIV non-transmission routes is deficiency. The Tibetan college stu- dents about AIDS knowledge's cognition exist certain gender differences, and display for the female student overall cognition situation surpass the male student. It is necessary for school to enhance the education of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge.
