摘　　要：目的通过对2011年1~12月60岁以上老年居民的健康体检结果分析,为进一步预防、治疗等提供科学依据。方法收集1114例老年人的健康体检资料并进行分析。结果检出主要疾病从高到低分别是高血压（67.1%）、脂肪肝（51.2%）、高脂血症（46.8%）、高血糖（38.4%）。结论应大力开展健康教育,提高老年人生活质量。OBJECTIVE To track the scientific evidence for further prophylaxis and treatment from health screening results of the elderly people aged over 60 years old in 2011. METHODS The medical checkup data of 1114 elderly persons from the physical examination were analyzed. RESULTS The top ten commonest diseases were hypertention （67.1%） , fatty liver （51.2%）, hyperlipidemia （46.8%） and hyperglycemiar/diabetes （38.4%） in the sequence of frequency from high to low. CONCLUSION It is necessary to carry out health education and strengthen the abilities against chronic disease.
