摘 要:目的了解成都地区2010年7~12月之间人杯状病毒感染性腹泻的情况。方法采集成都市2家哨点医院2010年7~12月之间腹泻病人的大便标本501份,采用RT-PCR方法,对501份大便标本同时进行诺如病毒、札如病毒核酸检测。结果 501份标本中检出阳性122份,核酸阳性率为24.35%(122/501),其中诺如病毒GⅠ型1份,占阳性标本的0.82%(1/122);诺如病毒GⅡ型100份,占阳性标本的81.97%(100/122);札如病毒18份,占阳性标本的14.75%(18/122);诺如病毒GⅡ型和札如病毒共同感染3份,占阳性标本的2.46%(3/122)。5岁以下儿童患者标本病毒核酸阳性检出率为24.3%(109/449),其中诺如病毒GⅡ型的检出率最高;5~18岁患者标本病毒核酸阳性检出率为14.29%(1/7),标本检验结果为诺如病毒GⅡ型;18岁以上患者标本阳性检出率为26.67%(12/45),其中诺如病毒GⅡ型检出率最高。9、10、11 3个月病毒核酸检出率较高,其中9月份病毒核酸检出率最高为36.51%(23/63)。结论成都地区人杯状病毒感染性腹泻的病原体以诺如病毒GⅡ型为主,主要在秋冬季节高发,且婴幼儿和成人同样容易感染。OBJECTIVE To understand the common diarrhea infections of human ealieiviruses in Chengdu from July to Decem- ber in 2010. METHODS 501 specimens of diarrhea infections were collected from two sentinel hospitals in Chengdu from July to December in 2010, and NLVs and SLVs were detected simultaneously by RT-PCR. RESULTS 122 positive samples were i- dentified from the 501 specimens, and the positive rate was 24.35% (122/501). One sample was infected by NLV G I and the positive rate was 0.82% (1/122) . 100 samples were infected by NLV G II and the positive rate was 81.97% (100/122). 18 samples were infected by SLV and the positive rate was 14.75% (18/122). 3 samples of co-infections which caused by two viruses, NLV G I1 and SLV, were accounted for 2.46% (3/122) of the positive samples. The positive rate was 24.3% (109/ 449) in patients under 5 years old, in which the NLV G II pathogen was the mostly detected. The positive rate was 14.29% (1/ 7) in patients of 5 to 18-year-old, in which the NLV GII had the highest detection rate. The positive rate was 26.67% (12/ 45) in patients over 18 years old, in which the NLV GII pathogen was the mostly detected. The higher detection rate of virus was in Autunm from September to November, in which the highest detection rate was 36.51% (23/63) in September. CON- CLUSION NLV G II was the main pathogens leading to the diarrhea infections of human calieiviruses in Chengdu. The high in- fection season was in Autumn. Infants and young could be easily infected as adults .
