摘 要:目的了解宝山区健康人群的麻疹免疫状况,为制定与调整加速控制和消除麻疹策略提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验定量检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果 2008~2010年宝山区健康人群麻疹抗体总阳性率和几何平均浓度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)分别为92.65%和1 021.17IU/ml(国际单位/毫升),不同户籍、不同年龄组间抗体阳性率、GMC呈随年龄增长而下降趋势。结论在提高常规免疫覆盖率基础上,主要采取针对大年龄组人群的强化免疫活动,是控制和消除麻疹的主要措施。OBJECTIVE To understand the level of measles antibody in healthy population in Baoshan district in Shanghai, and provide scientific immunization strategy for elimination of measles. METHODS Using quantitative enzyme-linked im- munosorbent assay (ELISA) method, to test the level of measles antibody IgG. RESULTS Positive rate of measles antibody in healthy population was 92.65% and GMC was 1021.17 IU/ml. There was significant difference among protection rate and GMC in different age groups between local and immigrant population. The positive rate of measles decreased with age. CONCLUSION It is important to improve vaccination rates and strengthen the immunization of the large age groups.
