摘　　要：目的正确使用二溴海因消毒剂并及时纠正存在的问题。方法运用消毒学的基础知识与实践应用相结合,通过临床实践使用观察法收集问题。结果经过2008年10月～2010年10月两年的临床使用观察发现所存在的问题:有刺激性气味,配制时散发出一种难闻的刺激性气味;有腐蚀性,浸泡消毒塑料制品时有残留余味;难溶解,用冷常水配制和温蒸馏水配制时,完全溶解需要20～30min。结论应认识使用过程存在的问题和注意事项,及时采取有效对应措施,做好防护工作,防止工作人员化学性的损害,杜绝影响医务人员健康因素发生。OBJECTIVE To discuss the application of the 2, 4- dibromo-5, 5-dimethylhydantoin disinfectant and existing problems. METHODS Application of disinfection basics and practical application of combined with clinical practice on the use of observation to collect. RESULTS Between Oct. 2008 and Oct. 2010, 2, 4- dibromo-5, 5-dimethylhydantoin disinfectant has a pungent smell, especially an unpleasant pungent smell when preparing; It has aspects of corrosive, Immersion disinfec- tion of plastics has residual aftertaste and was hard to dissolve, when prepared with cold water and warm distilled water prepa- ration, which were completely dissolved 20-30 minutes. CONCLUSION We should realize problems and considerations during the process, and we should promptly adopt effective measures, do a good job protection to prevent the staff of chemical dam- age, and eliminate factors which influence the health of medical staff.
