摘 要:为达到二次资源利用和节能减排的目的,将提钒工艺中产生的高硅尾矿与硅酸盐水泥熟料掺混,通过机械球磨的方式提高其活性,研究钒尾矿的掺量和球磨时间对水泥凝结时间及强度的影响。结果表明,增加钒尾矿掺量会导致水泥的凝结时间延长、强度降低;机械球磨可以使钒尾矿的潜在活性更好地发挥,从而使水泥的凝结时间缩短、强度提高。在钒尾矿的掺量为30%、球磨时间为40 min时,水泥的凝结时间和强度达到GB 175—2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》中规定的32.5R复合硅酸盐水泥的要求。With the objective of recycling secondary resources and realizing energy conservation and emissions reduction,a silica-rich tailing from vanadium extraction has been used as cement admixture. Mechanical milling was conducted to enhance its activity. Parameters of the vanadium tailing content and milling time were investigated with regard to setting time and strength performance of the cement. Results showed that,increase of the vanadium tailing content can lead to increase of setting time and decrease of strength performance of the cement. Meclianical milling can make the vanadium tailing better perform its potential activity,thus cause decrease of setting time and increase of strength performance. On condition that the vanadium tailing content was 30% and milling time was 40rain,the cement can meet the requirements of 32.5R composite Portland cement defined in national standard GB 175-2007 "Common Portland Cement" in terms of setting time and strength performance.
