摘  要:采用脂肪族胺为起始剂,在催化剂作用下与环氧丙烷(PO)和环氧乙烷(EO)进行开环聚合,制得嵌段胺基聚醚类消泡剂。合成了一系列胺基聚醚类混凝土消泡剂,合适的嵌段方式为:先PO再EO,PO/EO摩尔比为3∶1,合成的消泡剂不仅消泡效果好,而且与聚羧酸减水剂(PCA)的相容性良好。当掺量为0.1%时,凝土消的含气量为3.8%,28 d抗压强度达到59.3 MPa。贮存30 d后,样品含气量保持均匀稳定,与PCA相容性较好,不漂浮。A series of block aminopolyether based antifoamer for concrete are synthesized through ring opening polymerization with propylene oxide(PO) and ethylene oxideCEO),by taking fatty amine as the initiator and under the function of catalyst. Results indicated that the optimistic block method is first PO then EO,and the mole ratio of PO/EO is 3:1. The antifoamer such prepared not only has a superior defoaming 'power, but also has a good compatibility with polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCA). Air content of concrete with the dosage of 0.1% antifoamer is determined 3.8%. In addition, its compressive ~trength is 59.3 MPa for 28 days. After storage for 30 days,the air content in the specimen remains distributed and steady,the compatibility with PCA is good,there is no float.
