霍山橄榄岩的性质及其在铸造涂料中的应用

摘　　要：用现代测试手段研究了霍山橄榄岩的理化性质。通过正交试验确定了一种水基铸钢涂料的最佳配方。生产性试验表明,该涂料触变性良好,能有效地防止高锰钢铸件粘砂。In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of Huoshan olivinfcls have been studied by means of modern tests methods.The optimal constituents of water?base coating for steel casting has been determined through orthogonal experiments. The production experiments proved that thixotrophy of the coating developed is very good and it can effectively prevent burn-on of high manganese steel casting.
