中国文化改革发展的人学意义

摘　　要：党的十七届六中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,如何深刻理解《决定》提出的文化改革发展的根本目的"以人为本"是进行文化改革发展的关键所在。从人学视域理解"以人为本",中国文化建设应该实施"四人"战略,即"知识武装战略——文化人"、"自觉塑造战略——道德人"、"现实审美战略——和谐人"、"终极理想战略——自由人"。这"四人"最终统一在现实的、具体的生活实践中,在实践中不断"求真向善",实现"生活和谐"的现实,通达"自由发展"的理想。The Resolution on Boosting China＇s Cultural System Reform and Socialist Cultural Development was proposed by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The key point of promoting culture reform and development is how to comprehend deeply the People Foremost is the first purpose of China＇s cultural system reform and development. Four strategic objectives are proposed based on grasping the People Foremost from the human study perspective; those are ＂ knowledge equipment strategy literate-people＂ , ＂ consciously shaping strategy moral-people＂ , ＂ reality aesthetic strategy harmony-people＂, ＂ ultimate ideal strategy freedom-people＂. These objectives eventual unify in the reality life practice, constantly seeking truth and goodness, achieving the harmonious reality, leading to the ideal of development freely.
