摘 要:针对渭河南山支流径流和暴雨洪水等特征,分析了洪水灾害形成的主要原因,并就蓄洪区的整体规划和综合利用进行探讨,明确了分洪工程建设的不利影响并提出了应对措施,指出在华阴市低洼地带规划和修建蓄滞洪区可提高渭河南山支流堤防抗洪能力,提高洪水可控性,避免常遇中小洪水灾害,对现有防洪体系进行有效补充和完善。According to the characteristics of the runoff and storm floods of Weihe River' s Nanshan tributary, the main causes of floods are analyzed here, and the overall planning and comprehensive utilization of the flood detention basin are discussed, then the adverse effects of the construction of flood diversion project are clarified, and the measures to cope with them are proposed. Finally, it is indicated that the flood detention basin could enhance the flood prevention ability of Nanshan tributary, improve the flood controllability, avoid the frequent flood disasters, and make the effective supple- ment and improvement for the existing flood control system in Huayin City.
