基于条形码的电站配件估价及工艺文件管理

摘　　要：以电力行业标准《电站设备备品配件分类与编码导则》（ＤＬ５１１－９３）为依据，将条形码技术应用于电站配件的估价和工艺文件管理，实现了电站设备备品配件自动分类编码，及字符码与条形码的自动转换。通过回归分析历史数据，建立估价数学模型；以成组技术为基础，借助代码检索，实现对配件自动估价和生成工艺文件。介绍了所研制的相应软件，该软件具有新颖性和实用价值。Based on the power industry standards (DL-511-93), the automatic classified encoding for power station fittings and automatic transformation between character code and bar code are implemented. The mathematics model for evaluation is set up by regression analysis. Based on group technology, the the fittings can be evaluated automatically and the process files are made automatically in this system. The relevant software system is designed which shows to be friendly for use, easy to operate and expand.
