摘　　要：针对我国水库调度管理的现状,从法律法规、设施设备、人员素质、调度规程编制、规章制度等方面分析了水库调度管理存在的问题,并提出了对策和建议,对理清水库调度管理思路、规范水库调度管理过程、推动水库调度管理发展具有重要意义。According to China＇s present situation of management of reservoir regulation, this paper analyzes the problems of reservoir scheduling management from the aspects of legal laws and regulations, equipment and facilities, person nel quality, scheduling rules, regulations and so on. And it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, which has a great significance to clear up reservoir dispatching management process and promote reservoir regulation management development.
