摘 要:三维斑点追踪成像技术(3-dimensional Speckle Tracking Imaging,3D-STI)是在实时三维超声心动图及斑点追踪技术基础上发展起来的一项新技术,可从三维空间上追踪回声斑点的运动,具有较高的临床应用价值。本综述阐述了3D-STI的基本概念及其在临床中的应用现状、局限性以及发展前景。Three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology is a newly developed echocardiographic analysis technology. It was developed based on techniques of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and speckle tracking imaging. This technology can track the movement of speckle in three-dimension, and has been proved to have great application value in clinical medicine. This article reviews the fundamental concept of the technology, and its clinical application, limitations and development prospects.
