摘　　要：目的监测成都市城区584例婴儿出生0～12月体格发育指标,了解其营养及发育状况,为制定进一步促进儿童健康成长的措施提供参考依据。方法收集2009年1～12月出生并在四川省妇幼保健院儿童保健科门诊定期体检的婴儿资料,监测其体重、身长、头围等各项指标的发育情况,并与2005年中国九市儿童体格发育指标参考值进行比较。结果各年龄组男婴的身长、体重、头围均高于女婴,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);婴儿期最大生长速率出现在出生后头3个月且男女差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男婴大于女婴;绝大部分年龄组男女婴体格发育指标低于中国九市2005年标准(P<0.05)。结论 2009年成都市城区婴儿体格发育水平与中国九市2005年标准存在差距,今后儿保工作的重点应放在指导合理喂养,促进儿童生长发育上。Objective To monitor physical growth of 584 infants aged 0-12 months in Chengdu City in order to provide reference for decision-making for promoting children growth and development. Methods Data of infants born during the period from January to December of 2009 were collected. The babies had the physical examination at the Department of Child Health Care of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. The parameters of weight, height and head circumference were calculated. Meanwhile, all these data were compared with those of the National Standards of 9 cities （2005）. Results The parameter of weight, height and head circum-ference of boys were higher than those of girls in all age groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The growth peak time occurred in the first 3 months after born and there is definitely difference between the boys and the girls（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The physically growth parameters of infants aged 0-12 months in Chengdu City were lower than that of the national standards of 9 cities （2005）. Conclusions There was a discrepancy in the physically growth parameters of infants aged 0-12 months between Chengdu City and National Standards. The further main work for child healthcare should focus on how to guide the reasonable feeding in order to ensure the improvement of infant growth.
