摘　　要：《秦王破阵乐》作为唐代大曲的重要代表作之一,其不仅对与唐有关的周边国家有影响,而且从宫廷传至民间,一直在今天的人类非物质文化遗产代表作《西安鼓乐》保留曲目中,还能看到它的存在。从其产生源流、传播路径、遗存现状及存在原因等方面开展探讨,挖掘其文化内涵,以彰显中华文化魅力,保护和传承中华非物质文化遗产,为社会主义文化建设建言献策。Through the study of Qinwang - Pozhenyue about produce origin ,dissemination route , present exists situ- ation and existence source ,we found that it has close contact with many intangible materialized heritage. For this rea- son ,to dig deeper into the cultural connotation is benefit to revealing China traditional culture charm, inheritancing the intangible cultural heritage, and giving some advices aboute the socialist culture construction .
