远程医学信息系统运行管理模式的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨建立适合基层医疗机构的远程医学信息系统运行管理模式。方法通过文献分析、现场调查、专家咨询等方法,以成都市双流县远程医学信息系统的安装、运行、督导、考评为实证进行研究。结果双流县远程医学信息系统运行管理模式初步形成,在运行管理中确立了"一主导、三中心"的模式核心,建立了"省-县-乡"三级互动的医学网络框架。结论双流县远程医学信息系统运行管理模式的建立有力加强了对该系统的管理,使之能够有序、稳定、可持续的运行,为农村居民和基层卫生技术人员共享优质医疗资源提供支撑。Objective To explore and establish an operation and management mode of Remote Medical Information System for primary health care sector. Methods Through literature analysis, field investigation, expert consultation method, to Sbuangliu County Remote Medical Information System installation, operation, supervision, evaluation and an empirical study. Results An operation and management mode of Remote Medical Information System in Shuangliu County is initially formed, and established ＂One dominant, Three-center＂ in the operation and management mode of the core, and the establishment of three interactive medical network in the prov- ince - county - Township framework. Conclusion The operation and management mode of Remote Medical Information System in Shuangliu County to build greatly strengthened the system management, which can orderly, stable, sustainable operation, for rural resi-dents and rural health technical personnel to share high-quality medical resources to provide support.
