摘  要:目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定连花清瘟胶囊中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚5种活性成分的含量。方法:流动相采用含有0.1%磷酸的乙腈溶液进行梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为254 nm;柱温30℃。结果:5种活性成分质量浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD为1.15%),100.0%(RSD为1.01%),99.8%(RSD为1.37%),99.6%(RSD为0.93%),100.3%(RSD为1.09%)。结论:本测定方法操作简便,结果准确,可靠,重复性好,可用于连花清瘟胶囊的质量控制。Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Lian- huaqingwen Capsule. Methods : Use acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The analytes were detected by UV detection at 254 nm, and the eolumn temperature was 30℃. Results :The average recovery of five compo- nents was 99.7%, 100.0% ,99.8% ,99.6%, 100.3% ,respectively. And the RSD was 1.15% ( n = 5 ), 1.01% ( n = 5 ), 1.37% ( n = 5 ) ,0.93% ( n = 5 ), 1.09% ( n = 5 ), respectively. Conclusion : The method was convenient, accurate, and can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.
