摘　　要：目的:了解妊娠期用药禁忌的研究进展。方法:收集中医药古代经典书籍记载、中医药现代权威书籍记载及现代中药妊娠毒理学研究的相关文献报道等方面的资料进行归纳分析。结果:妊娠期禁忌中药的品种存在争议,尚无统一标准。结论:妊娠期中药禁忌有待进一步深入研究。Objective ： To comprehend the progression of taboo traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） in gestational period. Methods ： Collect ancient classic records of Chinese medicine analyze modem authority records and literature about modem traditional Chinese medicine pregnancy toxicology research. Results：The taboo of Chinese medicine in gestational period has controversial and there is no unified standards. Conclusion：Taboo of Chinese medicine in gestational period needs further in-depth study.
