中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将88例患者随机分为对照组43例和治疗组45例。对照组给予特异性治疗(激素治疗)和对症处理;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用(组成:桂枝15 g,茯苓12 g,雷公藤(去皮)12 g,丹参15 g,桃仁12 g,益母草20 g,琥珀12 g,水蛭10 g)配合三辨施治(辨证施治、辨时施治、辨龄施治)治疗,观察两组患者治疗3个月后的治疗效果、对比治疗前、后两组患者血浆白蛋白定量、24 h尿蛋白定量和不良反应发生率等。结果:治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为58.14%,两组患者疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后血浆白蛋白定量、24 h尿蛋白定量,与治疗前比较均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,治疗组为42.22%,对照组为69.77%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征明显优于单纯西医治疗。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for refractoriness ne- phritic syndrome. Methods：88 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 45） and control group（n = 43）. The control group was given specific therapeutic （ hormone therapy）. The treatment group was given additional traditional Chinese medicine treatment （ com- position：Guizhi 15 g,Fuling 12 g,Leigongtengl2 g,Danshenl5 g,Taoren 12 g,Yimucao 20 g,Hupo 12 g,Shuizhi 10 g） combined with three causes （determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, determine the treatment based on time, determine the treatment based on age）. Observe the treatment effectiveness after 3 months treatment. Compare the plasma-albumin ,24 h urine protein and adverse reaction rate before and after treatment. Results ： The effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and 58.14% in control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The plasma-albumin and 24 h urine protein were markedly improved com- pared with before. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction rate was 42.22% in treatment group and 69.77% in control group. The difference was statistically significant~ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for refractoriness nephritic syndrome is obviously superior to pure western medicine treatment.
