暖宫孕子丸治疗无排卵性不孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨暖宫孕子丸对无排卵性不孕的治疗作用。方法:35例无排卵性不孕患者于月经的第5天开始服用暖宫孕子丸,由熟地黄、杜仲(炒)、川续断、香附(醋制)、当归、川芎、阿胶、白芍药(酒炒)等组成,于月经周期的第10天开始B超监测卵泡发育,并在排卵期指导夫妻性生活,做好患者的思想工作。结果:35例患者痊愈23例,显效6例,有效2例,有效率为88.5%。结论:暖宫孕子丸用于治疗无排卵性不孕方便、安全、有效、无不良反应。Objective：To study the therapeutical effect of Nuangongyunzi pills in the treatment of anovulatory infertility. Methods：35 pa- tients with anovulatory infertility were given Nuangongyunzi pills （ Shudihuang, Duzhong, Chuanxuduan, Xiangfu, Danggui, Chuanqiong, Ejiao, Baishaoyao and other ebmposition） in the fifth day of menstruation. The patients were given B ultrasonic monitoring for follicular development and guidance for sex life and ideological work from the 10th day in menstrual cycle. Results：The effective rate was 88% with 23 cases recovered ,6 cases markedly effective and 2 cases valid. Conclusion：Nuangongyunzi pills in the treatment of anovulatory infertility is easy, safe and effective with no adverse reaction.
