滋阴补肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型强直性脊柱炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴补肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:90例患者予院内制剂滋阴补肾方配合西药、推拿、康复等疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎。结果:90例患者中,临床治愈62例,有效22例,无效6例,有效率为93.3%。结论:滋阴补肾方治疗强直性脊柱炎效果显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription in the treatment of liver kidney yin insufficiency ankylosing spondylitis. Methods ：90 patients were given nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription with western medicine, massage, party and rehabilitation therapy. Resuhs：62 cases were cured,22 cases in effect and 6 cases invalid among 90 cases,the effective power was 93.3%. Conclusion：Nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis has distinct curative effect.
