摘　　要：通过参观港澳地区伊丽莎白医院和镜湖医院,介绍了其以人为本的医院文化和先进的管理理念,提出树立以人为本的服务宗旨,把病患和员工的满意作为医院管理的理念和行医的准则,努力把医院服务工作做得更深入、更具体、更到位。This article introduces the people-oriented culture and advanced management concept ot Queen Elizabeth Hospitahn Hong Kongand the Kiang WuHospital in Macan after a Yisit to both, where people-oriented principle is highly emphasized in their service, and patient and staff satisfaction is regarded as the guideline for management and operation ofthe hospital, and efforts for more in-depth, more specific and more considerate service in hospital are made.
