摘　　要：通过强化护士细节管理的理念,做好高危人员、高危时段、高危病人的监督管理,提高了综合护理质量,减少护理缺陷、投诉的发生率,促使护理质量持续不断的改进。This article introduces the experience of strengthening nurses＇ detail management philosophy for the supervision and management of high-risk patients, personnel and period for the improvement of the comprehensive quality of nursing, reduction of nursing defects and the incidence of complaints and promotion of the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
