腹带在体外受精-胚胎移植取卵手术中应用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹带在经阴道B超引导下穿刺取卵术中的作用。方法:将125例体外受精-胚胎移植患者随机分为观察组56例和对照组69例,观察组在取卵过程中加用腹带,对照组在取卵过程中不采用腹带。观察比较两组患者术中疼痛程度、出血情况、卵巢活动度及取卵难易度。结果:观察组患者疼痛程度、卵巢活动度、取卵难易度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组出血情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:取卵术中腹带的应用可以减轻患者疼痛,降低卵巢活动度,降低取卵难度,但对减少出血无明显作用。Objective ：To investigate the effect of abdominal binder during transvaginal ultrasound guided ovum pick - up. Methods ：125 patients receiving in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer were randomly divided into a observation group of 56 cases and control group of 69 cases. The observation group used ab- dominal binder. The control group used normal nursing without abdominal binder, to observe the feeling of pain, bleeding,the activity degree of ovarium and the degree of difficulty in ovum pick -up. Results：The patients in the observation group pain severity, ovarian activity, ooeyte retrieval difficulty compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the observation group of bleeding compared with the control group, the differ- ence was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Abdominal binder have the effect on alleviating the patients pain ,reducing the activity degree of ovarium and the degree of difficulty in ovum pick - up. but has no obvious effect on bleeding.
