压弹训练对康复期住院精神分裂症患者应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价压弹训练对康复期精神分裂症患者应对方式的影响。方法:采用对照试验设计,将入组的102例患者分成两组,试验组54例,对照组48例。两组患者所服用药物相同,均接受常规康复训练和健康教育,对试验组患者实施压弹训练8周,用应付方式问卷于入组时、第4周及第8周对两组同时进行问卷评定。结果:试验组组内比较,应对方式以解决问题和求助得分较高,与对照组比较,具有统计学意义。结论:实施压弹训练可使康复期精神分裂症患者形成积极的应对方式。Objective ：To evaluate the effect of resilience trainning on coping style in convalescent inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods：According to their order of hospitalization, 102 cases were divided into test group （54 cases）and control group （48 cases）. Two groups of patients take the same drugs, they were treated with routine rehabilitation training and health education,the test group was trained for 8 weeks, and evaluated using coping style questionnaire at the beginning of training at 4 week and 8 week. Results：The test group within group comparisons, coping style in order to solve the problems and help -seeking scored higher,compared with the control group, with a statistical significance. Conclusion：Resilience trainning was helpful to change their coping style in convalescent inpatients with schizophrenia.
