临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:采用随机抽样法将136例脑出血患者分成观察组和对照组各68例,观察组采用临床护理路径护理,对照组采用神经内科传统护理模式进行护理。比较两组患者的Barthel指数、相关知识知晓率、患者满意度、住院天数、住院费用。结果:观察组的Barthel指数、相关知识知晓率、患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),住院天数、平均医疗费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径可以提高护理质量,提高患者的Barthel指数、相关知识知晓率、患者满意度,降低住院成本。Objective：To observe the clinical nursing path （CNP） in patients with cerebral hemorrhage nursing application effect. Methods：Using random sampling method, 136 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group with 68 cases in each group, the observation group accepted CNP care,control group with neurological department of internal medicine traditional nursing nursing. Compared the two groups of patients with Barthel index, the awareness rate of the related knowledge,patient satisfaction, hospital stay, hospital charges. Results：In the observation group, the Barthel index,the awareness rate of the related knowledge ,and patient satisfaction were higher than those in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The mean length of hospital stay, mean medical costs were lower than the eontrel group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： CNP can improve the quality of nursing,improve patient＇s Barthel index, the awareness rate of the related knowledge,patient satisfaction ,reduced hospitalization cost.
