护士长夜值班制改革的成效

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合医院在快速发展形势下如何确保护理质量与护理安全。方法:将护士长夜值班由每周2次、每次2人随机选科抽查改为每天19∶00～次日8∶00全部科室巡查。每人1 d,夜间住值班室。结果:培养了一支技术过硬、具备良好应急处置能力的护士长队伍,护理纠纷明显下降。结论:改进后的护士长夜值班制有利于培养护士长专业技能和协调能力,提升临床护理质量,保证护理安全。Objective：To explore how to insure nursing quality and security in polyclinic with fast development. Methods ：The customary system of head nurse on duty was twice each week and two persons every time randomly. Now it is change to whole inspection in hospital from 19：00 to 8：00 every day, the watch resides in hospital at night and one person every day. Results ：This reform brings up a excellent team of head nurses with good technique and ability when meeting an emergency,with dropping nursing disputes evidently. Conclusions： New system of charge nurse on duty is in favor of bringing up their special skill and communication skill,otherwise it can advance nursing quality and insure nursing security.
