摘　　要：开设综合创新实践项目是实验教学改革的重要举措,是提高学生实验技能和创新能力的有效途径。文中以浙江大学工程训练中心综合创新实践项目建设为例,介绍了针对性的综合训练创新实践项目设计、课程体系,以及在项目实践过程中如何运用教学方法,引入创新内容,并通过营造创新机会激发学生的学习兴趣,培养和强化学生的动手能力、综合能力和创新思维。总结了综合创新实践项目在工程训练教学中培养学生创新能力和工程素质方面所取得的教学效果。The construction of innovation internship program is the important measure, and it is effective way to improve the experiment skill and the innovation ability of academician. This paper mainly introduces the design of synthesize Innovate Internship program with specific aim, teaehing guide method, innovative content, practice ability and sense of innovation. It summarizes the teaching effect in the way of innovation ability and engineering quality training to academicians, through innovation internship program in engineering training.
