摘 要:采用方差分析、相关分析方法对7个沙棘品种的种子形态及萌发特性进行了研究。结果表明:7个沙棘品种间的千粒质量、种子形态、生活力、发芽速率、发芽指数、发芽率都达到极显著差异(p<0.01);千粒质量最大的品种是契切克,最小的是中国沙棘;中国沙棘的种子形态指标显著小于引进的大果沙棘品种;7个沙棘品种中,中国沙棘能在最短的时间达到最高的发芽率,萌发特点属于爆发型;依尼亚,契切克、阿尔泰、丘伊斯克、壮圆黄属于过渡型;深秋红则属于缓萌型;相关分析表明,种子大小对萌发的影响并不显著。Variance and correlation analyses were used to evaluate the variation of seed morphology and germination characteris- tics of seven sea buckthom ( Hippophae rhamnoides ) eultivars. Highly significant differences in 1 000-seed weight, seed morphology, seed viability, germination rate, germination index, and germination percentage were observed between the seven tested euhivars (p〈0.01). The 1 000-seed weight of cultivar Qiqieke was the highest, while that of Chinese sea buekthorn was the lowest. The morphological indexes of Chinese sea buckthom seeds were significantly lower than those of large berry eultivars of sea buckthom introduced. The germination characteristic of Chinese sea buckthom belongs to quick- germinating type, that is, the germination percentage of Chinese sea buckthom could reach the maximum in a short period of time. The germination characteristics of Yiniya, Qiqieke, Aertai, Qiuyisike, Zhuangyuanhuang belong to intermediate germinating type, and that of Shenqiuhong belongs to slow germinating type. Correlation analysis shows that there is no significant correlation between seed size and germination.
