摘 要:2011年3—5月份,使用粪便显微分析法对扎龙保护区白枕鹤求偶期的食性与营养组成进行了研究。结果表明:扎龙保护区白枕鹤求偶期的食物组成包括8科19种植物,禾本科、蓼科、莎草科和眼子菜科占取食的主要部分(89.13%),其中玉米、碱蓬、马来眼子菜、芦苇和糙叶苔草、扁秆藨草是主要食物(75.68%);食物组成比例(RD)与植物营养之间存在显著相关性,其中,与粗蛋白存在显著的正相关,与粗纤维呈极显著的负相关;不同植物的营养成分间存在显著相关性,粗蛋白与粗脂肪存在显著的正相关。进一步分析表明,植物的营养成分是影响该时期取食的关键因素之一,白枕鹤偏好取食粗蛋白质量分数高、粗纤维质量分数低的植物;人工投食影响白枕鹤该时期的食物组成。建议投食时慎重选择投食方式。A research on diet component and preference of white-naped cranes ( Grus vipio) during the courtship was carried out by microscopic analysis of feces in Zhalong Nature Reserve from March to May 2011. Results show that the diet component of white-naped cranes includes 19 plant species in 8 families during courtship in Zhalong Nature Reserve. Zea mays, Suaeda glauca, Potamogeton malaianus, Phragmites australis, Carex tristachya, Scirpus planiculmis are the main foods, accounting for 75.68%. There are significant correlations between food composition proportion and nutrients. Food composi- tion proportion is positively correlated with crude protein and negatively correlated with crude fiber. There is a significant correlation between different nutrients, and a positive correlation was observed between crude protein and crude fat. Fur- ther analysis shows that plant nutrient is a key factor affecting diet component, and white-naped cranes prefer to select plants with high content of crude protein and low content of crude fiber. Provisioning also affects the diet component of white-naped cranes. More attention should be paid to the pattern of provisioning.
