摘 要:目的通过对伤后大鼠进行远红外线干预,探讨远红外线干预对创面愈合影响的免疫及细胞因子等机制。方法选择SPF级8周龄30只健康SD大鼠为实验对象,随机分为健康安静组(A)、受伤+安静组(B)、受伤+红外+安静组(C)3个组。采用付氏改良造模方法,在动物造模治疗后第3、10、17天进行断尾取血,离心取血清,ELISA法测IL-1β、TNF-α、TGF-β1。结果在造模后,受伤大鼠的IL-1β和TNF-α含量均明显上升,其中C组大鼠的IL-1β和TNF-α含量升高相对较小,与B组比较,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01);而C组的TGF-β1则相对较高,与B组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论远红外线干预能改善受伤后大鼠免疫应激能力,减少创面持续的炎症反应,促进成纤维细胞的增殖,免疫反应变化与TGF-β1变化基本吻合。Objective According to the intervention of far infrared ray physiatrics in traumatized rats to explore the immune and the cytokine mechanisms of the far infrared ray intervention. Methods By selecting 30 SPF grade healthy SD big rats of eight years old as experimental subjects, randomly divided into health + quiet group (A) , injured + quiet group (B) , injured + infrared + quiet group ( C ). The method created by Fu Xiao - bing adopted, after mold - building treatment, the rats were cut off tails to obtain blood, centrifugated to get blood serum, measuring IL - 1β, TNF -a, TGF - β1 with ELISA method. Results After mold building, the levels of IL - 1 β and TNF - a were increased obviously in injured rats. In group C, the levels of IL - 1β and TNF - a were significantly lower than those in group B ( P 〈 0. 01 ). TGF - β1 in group C was significantly higher than that in group B ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The intervention of far infrared ray can improve immuno - stress ability of injured rats, weaken the persistent inflammatory reaction of wound surface, promote fibroblastic proliferation. The immune function coincides with the changed TGF - β1.
