摘  要:目的探讨脊髓损伤大鼠模型膀胱逼尿肌及前列腺神经生长因子受体P75的表达变化及意义。方法建立脊髓损伤大鼠模型40只,以30只正常大鼠作对照,应用免疫组化方法和图像分析技术,分别检测大鼠膀胱组织及前列腺中P75的变化情况。结果无论是在膀胱组织还是在前列腺组织P75表达均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论神经生长因子受体P75的表达降低与脊髓损伤有关。Objective To investigate the expression of nerve growth factor receptor p75 in prostate and bladder of rats with spinal cord injury. Methods A model of 40 rats with spinal cord injury was built and 30 normal rats were chosen into the control group. The changes of p75 in prostate and bladder tissues of the rats were measured by using the immunohistochemistry and image -analysis teehnique. Results The expression of p75 in both prostate and bladder in the model of rats with spinal cord injury were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference had statistic significance. Conclusion Spinal cord injury caused the decrease of nerve growth factor receptor p75 in bladder and prostate to some extent.
