摘  要:目的评价分析磁共振成像在关节软骨病变中的应用价值。方法随机抽取2009年4月~2012年2月本院收集的病理证实存在关节软骨病变的离体标本15具,采用脂肪抑制质子密度序列(FS-PD)与三维脂肪抑制扰相梯度回波序列(3D-FS-SPGR)联合对这15具标本的膝关节进行磁共振成像扫描,并对扫描结果进行统计分析。结果该序列对膝关节进行扫描的软骨信号噪声比为(71.9±5.2)和(76.9±6.3),较其他序列要明显高出很多,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用磁共振成像法对病变关节软骨进行检查具有显著的特征,并且FS-PD与3D-FS-SPGR序列为扫描的理想组合,值得临床注意。Objective To evaluate and analyze application value of MRI on articular cartilage lesions. Methods Fifteen pieces of separated specimen were randomly selected among those pathologically confirmed the presence of articular carti- lage lesions collected from April 2009 to February 2012 in our hospital, the knees of these 15 specimens were scanned by MRI using fat-suppressed proton density sequence (FS-PD) and three-dimensional fat suppression spoiled gradient back wave sequence (3D-FS-SPGR) jointly and the results of scan were statistically analyzed. Results The signal-noise ratios of cartilage using this sequence to scan the knee were 71.9~5.2 and 76.9~6.3, which were significantly much higher than the other sequences, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Adopting magnetic resonance imag- ing method to check articular cartilage lesions has the obvious feature, and the sequence of FS-PD and 3D-FS-SPGR is an ideal combination for scanning, which is worthy of clinical attention.
