盐敏感性高血压患者血压变异性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐敏感高血压患者动态血压和血压变异性特点及临床意义。方法 150例原发性高血压病患者分为盐敏感性高血压组81例和非盐敏感性高血压组69例,两组患者均进行24 h动态血压监测后,对两组的血压均值和血压变异性进行分析和比较。结果盐敏感性高血压组的N-SBP、N-DBP均显著高于NSS组(P<0.01、0.05)。盐敏感性高血压组的24 h的SBPV、D-SBPV、N-SBPV、N-DBPV显著高于非盐敏感性高血压组(P<0.01)。结论血压变异性增高是盐敏感性高血压特点之一,为盐敏感性高血压患者个体化治疗提供了客观依据。Objective To investigate the characteristics of blood pressure variability （BPV） in salt sensitive hypertensive pa tients. Methods All of 150 hypertensive patients underwent acute saline loading test to determine salt sensitive（SS） hyper tensive patients. 81 subjects were defined as SS hypertensive patients and the others non salt sensitive （NSS） hypertensive patients. All patients were undergone 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Results N-SBP, N-DBP in SS group were higher than those in NSS group （P 〈 0.01, 0.05）. Compared with NSS group, 24 SBPV, D-SBPV, N-SBPV, N-DBPV in SS group were increased （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It＇s suggested that the increased BPV is a important clinical features for salt sensitive hypertension. It provided objective evidences for individualized pressure lowering treatment of salt sensi tive hypertensive patients.
