甘利欣注射液佐治儿童过敏性紫癜的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘利欣注射液对过敏性紫癜患儿的疗效,探讨治疗的效果及对血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法收集120例诊断为过敏性紫癜的患儿,依入院顺序和随机分组的原则分为两组,对照组60例,采用常规性治疗;观察组60例,在上述治疗基础上加用甘利欣注射液治疗,治疗4周后观察疗效。结果观察组的显效率明显高于对照组,两组治疗后血清中CRP含量均下降,但观察组的下降值明显高于对照组。结论甘利欣注射液可以提高过敏性紫癜患儿的治疗效果,对血清中的CRP有明显地降低作用,减轻由CRP诱导的炎性级联反应,有效地改善机体的炎性环境。Objective To observe the curative effect, CRP expression in children with anaphylactoid by Ganlixin injection. Methods All of 120 children were divided into two groups. The control group （60 cases） were treated by routine treatment, the observation group （60 cases） were added Ganlixin injection.We observated the efficacy in two groups. Results The ob vious effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than in the control group. The expression of CRP were obviously lower in the observation group after treatment. Conclusion The Ganlixin injection can improve the curative ef fect, regulate the expression of CRP in children wth anaphvlactoid, is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
