孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年1月～2012年1月所收治的儿童支气管哮喘患儿72例作为观察对象．随机分为观察组和对照组各36例，对照组予常规治疗及吸入糖皮质激素加B：受体激动剂，观察组36例在对照组的基础上予孟鲁司特咀嚼片，〈5岁睡前服用4mg，6～14岁睡前服用5mg，观察疗效及不良反应。结果两组治疗3个月后，观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，差异存在显著性，X^2=6．821，P〈0．05。观察组的临床症状、体征消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异存在显著性，t=2．353，t=2．432，t=2．398，P〈0．05。结论孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效确切，优于应用糖皮质激素的效果，安全性好，能明显改善哮喘患儿的临床症状、体征，值得推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast treatment children with bronchial asthma. Meth ods In our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012,admitted 72 cases children with bronchial asthma as observation objectives, were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 36 cases, the control group was given conventional treatment and glucocortieoid inhalation [32-receptor agonist, 36 cases in the observation group on the basis of control group was given montelukast chewable tablets, 〈5 years old at bedtime 4 mg, 14-year-old at bedtime 5 mg, observed the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The two groups after 3 months of treatment, the heart, efficacy of the observation group was supior to the control group, there were significant differences. The observation group of clinical symptoms and signs disappeared, and hospital stay were significantly shorter in the control group, there were significant differences, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Montelukast has the exact efficacy of the treatment in bronchial asthma for children, is better than the effect of glucocorticoids, is security, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with asthma, signs, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
