糠酸莫米松联合抗组胺药物对非变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析糠酸莫米松联合抗组胺药物治疗NAR的疗效。方法选择本院收治的NAR患者34例,应用糠酸莫米松联合抗组胺药物治疗。分别对患者治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月的临床症状进行评估。结果患者治疗前主要症状的评分为(2.71±0.53)分,治疗后1个月为(1.81±0.53)分,治疗后3个月为(0.89±0.43)分;对患者治疗前后分类症状语言评价量表评分比较,9个症状评分均呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗过程中头痛发生率为3.0%(1/33),鼻腔干燥发生率为3.0%(1/33)。结论糠酸莫米松联合抗组胺药物可以有效改善NAR患者的临床症状。Objective To analyze the curative effect of mometasone furoate combined with antihistamine drugs on NAR. Methods All of 34 NAR patients who were treated by mometasone furoate combined with antihistamine in our hospital were ehoosed. The clinical symptoms of patients before treatment,treatment after 1,3 months were assessed. Results The primary symptom scores of patients were （2.71±0.53） before treatment,after treatment 1 month were （1.81±0.53）,after treatment 3 months were （0.89±0.43） ;the classification of symptoms before and after treatment in patients were compared by verbal rating scale scores,9 symptoms scores were decreased,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;the headache incidence rate was 3% （1/33）during treatment,nasal dryness of incidence rate was 3% （1/33）. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of NAR patients could improve effectively by mometasone furoate combined with antihistamines.
