二级医院临床护士对医学统计软件掌握情况及学习需求分析

摘　　要：目的探讨二级医院临床护士对医学统计软件的掌握情况和学习需求,为提高护士的统计分析水平、降低论文中统计分析的错误率提供依据。方法整群抽取吉林省某市两家二级医院护士,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行现场调查。结果在调查类论文中,94.6%的护士采用Excel进行分析,87.9%的护士认为学习统计软件是有必要的;在学习内容方面:81.9%希望学习分析方法,但对分析方法的原理和使用条件及统计学基本概念和理论需求较低,仅为10.3%和11.2%。结论二级医院临床护士对医学统计软件掌握程度较低,学习需求较高,但侧重于分析方法的学习,对基本概念和理论不重视。Objective To explore master degree of medical statistics software and learning needs of clinical nurse worked in grade- Ⅱhospital. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used in this survey among all of nurses worked in grade-Ⅱ hospital of Jilin province. Results In the paper of investigation,94.6% of nurses using use software-Excel;87.9% of the nurses thought that learning statistical software was necessary;about the study contents：81.9% wanted to study analysis method,but the demand of principle and the application conditions of analysis methods and basic concepts and theory was low,only 10.3% and 11.2%. Conclusion Master degree of medical statistics software for clinical nurses worked in grade-Ⅱ hospital was low. Learning needs was high,but focus on the analysis method study, ignored the basic concept and theory.
